100 Indian Lightroom Presets Free Download
Desi presets are more than editing tools. They’re a bridge to storytelling, capturing the emotions, traditions, and essence of India’s rich culture. They help transform your photos from good to jaw-dropping in just a few clicks. I’m your guide, taking you through the magical world of the majestic hues of a Rajasthani sunset, Haryana culture, the glowing reds of a bridal lehenga, or the lush greens of Kerala’s monsoon. These presets are optimized specifically for:
- Warm, rich skin tones: common across South Asian complexions.
- Vibrant festival and wedding colors: deep reds, saffron, gold, and greens.
- Harsh outdoor lighting: typical of Indian summers and midday shoots.
- Golden hour and sunset aesthetics: from Rajasthan, Goa, and the Deccan.
- Cinematic and filmy looks: inspired by Bollywood and regional cinema.
Unlike generic travel presets, these are calibrated for the specific light, color palette, and emotion of Indian scenes. They work especially well on portraits, street photography, landscape, and wedding photography.
Haryana Lightroom Presets Free Download (Special Edition)
Haryana has a raw, earthy visual identity unlike that of any other Indian state. Think golden wheat fields in Karnal, the dusty warmth of a brick kiln, the vibrant chaos of a local haat (village market), and portraits of farmers and folk artists with faces etched with stories.
The problem? RAW files from shoots in Haryana often look flat and washed out. The magic of the moment doesn’t translate automatically. That’s exactly what these presets are designed to fix. They warm up the yellows, deepen the earth tones, and add a punchy contrast that brings the scene back to life.
This special edition was created in response to requests from the Presetpedia community. The full collection includes 10 signature Haryana-tuned styles. See the dedicated Haryana presets page →

Tips for Editing Indian Photos Like a Pro
These presets do the heavy lifting, but small tweaks make a huge difference for Indian photography specifically:
- Skin tone calibration: In the HSL panel, adjust the Orange and Red hues. Shifting Orange toward +10 to +20 adds a healthy warmth to South Asian skin tones without making them look overly yellow.
- Tame harsh midday sun: Indian outdoor shoots often have blown-out highlights. After applying a preset, pull Highlights down to -30 and Whites to -20 to recover sky and fabric detail.
- Boost festive colors: For Holi or Diwali shots, use the Saturation Indian or Vibrant Indian preset, then individually boost Reds, Yellows, and Magenta in HSL for maximum color pop.
- Wedding red preservation: Red lehengas often turn orange in editing. In the HSL panel, shift the Red Hue slider left (toward -10 to -20) to keep it a true, deep red.
- Night and indoor shots: Use Night Dark Indian or Indoor Bride presets. Reduce Noise Reduction grain by going to the Detail panel → Luminance 30–50 for clean indoor DSLR shots.
Last Words
Great presets are a starting point, not a finishing line. The presets on this page give you a strong foundation. But your eye, your understanding of your subject, and your sense of light are what make a photo unforgettable.
Experiment with the different style categories. Try a Cinematic preset on a street photo. Apply a Pastel Bride preset to a flower market shot. Push the HDR preset on a monsoon landscape. Indian photography rewards boldness, and so do these presets.
