Digital Products Return Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, Presetpedia cannot offer refunds once the files have been accessed or downloaded. However, in cases such as duplicate orders, a refund may be issued if certain criteria are met. Nothing in this policy should be interpreted as a commitment by Presetpedia to provide a refund or as an entitlement to a refund.
We do offer full refunds for digital items that have not been downloaded or accessed. To qualify for a return, the item must remain undownloaded. For this requirement, you have to create an account and then purchase so that we can easily track the report.

Review: Our team will then review your request and verify the details of your purchase.
Approval: If your request qualifies for a refund, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 10-15 business days.
